类器官芯片

      类器官(Organoid)是多能干细胞在体外特异性因子诱导以及3D基质胶的包埋培养条件下培育而成的具备三维结构的微器官。其主要特点是含有某个器官特有的多种细胞类型,与人类器官拥有高度相似的组织学和基因型特征,并部分重现该器官的特有生理功能(如肝脏分泌、大脑神经活动、心脏收缩等)。目前,已经有报道实现多个癌种类器官的体外培养,应用在临床前新药研发和临床药敏测试等领域。相比于PDX动物模型,肿瘤类器官可以精确预测临床癌症患者的药物响应,为临床药敏测试争取到有意义的时间窗,具有重要的临床应用价值。
